The Booking Process

If your date is available and I feel I’d be a great fit for your project, we’ll schedule a phone or video consultation.
During our call, we’ll talk through what you’re dreaming of capturing and take the time to make sure I’m the right fit for you, too.

Once we’ve talked through your details and decided to move forward together, I’ll send over your custom contract through HoneyBook. Your agreement, model release, and invoice are all seamlessly combined in one secure link, making it easy to review every detail with total transparency and click to sign.

Your date is officially secured on my calendar once your agreement is signed and your retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due 14 to 30 days before your session or event, depending on your booking type.
Payment plans are always available, and I accept debit, credit, and ACH bank transfers to keep things easy.

Images will be delivered via an online Light Room gallery and a digital download link will be sent to you once your edits are finished.
For most sessions you can expect 50 edited high-resolution digital images in 30 days.
For weddings and elopements you can expect 50 edited high-resolution digital images per hour of coverage in 60 days.
